Hello, I wanted to say that yoga has kept me hot & fit because I do iyengar style yoga, which means you hold the position for long enough that your muscles begin to tremble. Try doing 10 complete sun salutations and holding those positions. Now try hot yoga. Torture. You’ll be wondering how the fuck you’re going to make it through the class. Lastly, I skip a few meals and supplement my yoga with machines targeted to work specific muscles. But I’m incredibly flexible. Yoga, yes! It’s given me a hell of hot body.
